Ninja Class

Ninja is an new era sport that takes inspiration from gymnastics, tricking, parkour, and even martial arts! Our Curriculum is designed to challenge students of all ages and skill levels!

The Ninja Code

Ninja class is more than just skills, take a look at the Ninja Code below to see just some of the life lessons we are teaching. Each week we discuss one line of the Ninja Code with our students. We challenge students to embody the Ninja Code in and out of the gym.

The Ninja Uniform

Ninjas are required to wear their Ninja uniform to every class. The Ninja Uniform is a great opportunity for students to practice accountability, and it also helps coaches easily identify a student's level and challenge them accordingly!

Ninja FLEX Competitions

Freestyle | Lines | Energy | EXecution

Ninja FLEX Competitions are where Ninjas can test their skills and showcase their hard work! Ninja Competitions are available for Ninjas of all levels and ages.

 

We run 2 Ninja FLEX Competitions each year for all of our Ninja students!
