  • Pricing
You can join any class at any time! If you begin part way through a month or a month includes 5 or 3 weeks of classes, tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Entering the Gym
In an effort to keep from crowding the lobby, there are 15 minutes between classes so that one class can exit the gym before the next class enters. This allows coaches to finish marking skills and prepare for the next class. Please do not enter the gym until 25 minutes after the hour. (5 minutes before class begins)
  • Weather Closings
When weather is bad enough to close schools, we will make a decision around noon to close or remain open for the evening. If we close for weather, we will notify with a notification sent through our app. Please Download our App "Jana's Gymnastics" and Turn ON notifications.
  • Payment
Payment is expected prior to attending your first class. Payment can be made through your parent portal or by bringing a check or cash to the gym. Classes are billed on the 25th of each month for the following month. If payment is not made prior to the 1st of the month, the card on file will be charged.
  • Safety
Your child's safety is very important. When a child is posing a safety risk to themselves or others, we must make decisions that are best for the entire class as well as the student.
  • What to Wear
Gymnasts: Girls need to wear a one-piece leotard. Boys need to wear soft T-shirt and shorts. Ninjas: Wear the Ninja Uniform T-shirt and Headband. No socks or shoes. Long hair needs to be pulled up and away from the face. For your convenience, leotards can be purchased at the gym.
  • Parking
I have asked coaches to park near the building to create a safe space with no moving vehicles. Please do not park up next to the building.
  • Class Enrollment
Once you are registered for a class, you remain in class and are billed each month until you tell us otherwise.
  • Watching Class
Parents are welcome to watch every class. Seating is very limited. Kids have always been and always will be our priority. We use every bit of space we can to give them the best class we can. Please consider Livestreaming class.
  • Absences and Make-ups
To receive a make-up, you must submit an absence in the parent portal before noon theday of the class or earlier. Absences not submitted by noon the day of class will not receive make-ups. You are able to schedule a make-up in the parent portal for your student for any matching class in their age range. Gymnastics can only select gymnastics classes. Ninja can only select Ninja Classes. Often students like to try other class types when using a make-up. If you would like to do this, contact us. Make-ups can be scheduled any time before class as long as there is an opening in that class. The scheduled absence policy creates openings, so make sure to check after noon. Make-ups do not expire while you remain enrolled. If you drop, all remaining absences will not be eligible for make-ups.
  • Exiting the Gym
Please come inside to pick up your child. We do not want any child waiting outside or walking through the parking lot unattended.
  • When You Arrive
Students have cubbies for clothing, shoes, water bottles and any other belongings. Parents are welcome to stay and watch from the benches.
